Banyuls Wine Vinegar 5 year Aged (case of 12)

  • This traditional wine vinegar is made from the naturally sweet wine of Banyuls which has aged in oak casks for 4 years under the Mediterranean sun. After acetification, the vinegar is then matured in barrels for 12 months which conserves part of the natural sugar from the grapes.

The subtle sweetness of Banyuls Wine Vinegar, combined with powerful and rich aromas of walnut, gingerbread, beeswax, vanilla and liquorice will add an incomparable character to your recipes. Banyuls Wine Vinegar's complex and mellow taste is a delicious addition to dressings, sauces, marinades or even desserts.
