Extra Virgin Oliv Oil Nocellara del Belice Monocultivar Bio Organic by Fabia is distinguished by the quality, of the whole production cycle from which you get a product with excellent organoleptic characteristics, whose origins date back to the times of Ancient Greece. In fact, the olive has always accompanied the history of the people of Belice who dedicated themselves to the production of olive oil since the fifth century A.C, as evidenced by the discoveries of ancient millstones right in the area of the Belice valley. These areas are particularly suitable for the cultivation of olive trees; due to the particular nature of the soil and climate, the fruits give life to a final products of high quality, by unique organoleptic characteristics: deep green color, the fruity scent of fresh olive juice with a bittersweet taste and generous notes of spicy and bitter. The collection is performed entirely by hand at the right time of fruit ripening when the large spherical drupe, typical of the variety, increased from a deep green to a vinous red color. The olives, after having been collected, they are transported to the mill inside perforated plastic boxes that guarantee the wholesomeness of the same, they are washed, pass on vibrating grates to eliminate all impurities and then cold pressed and transformed into oil within 12 hours of the collection.
